End of Year Report
Voilà, my latest end-of-year report. My administrators love seeing what I've been up to for ten months, and I love seeing evidence that I accomplished more than I thought!
The idea for this report originally came from Marissa Rex at www.elementaryschoolcounseling.org. I borrowed heavily from her layout, though it has evolved over the past six years into what you see here.
I collect the information included in the EOY report throughout the year. Primary sources are my Drop-In form and Time Tracker, both of which I created on Google Drive and update daily. (I've had to at least temporarily disable the sharing function on those forms because people kept going in and changing them. I have to figure out a way to work around that).
Click here to see the whole thing. And here to see last year's, where you can compare how I switched up my data collection a bit. Feel free to use whatever ideas you like!
