Counseling Objectives

Picture
I'm not very good yet at remembering to explicitly state each week's (or session's) learning objective, but I'm trying to get better.  As much as I dislike "busy work," I don't ever think it's a waste of time to know exactly WHY you're doing a particular activity and what you're hoping your kids will get out of it.  I made and printed these pages and then laminated them so I can write on them with dry erase markers.

Here's the file if you'd like to print your own (and I made one in black and white too).
The ASCA has good general counseling standards, but I'm trying to be more specific and use child-friendly language.  No negative feedback so far from any supervisory-type people, so I forge ahead.
